Are agents counted per active user, or per seat?
Per active agent in the workspace — anyone with an accepted invitation. You can remove and replace agents anytime without contacting us.
What happens if I exceed my agent limit?
New invitations are blocked until you either remove an agent or upgrade your plan. Your existing chats keep working — no surprise lockouts.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 12 months up front and effectively get 2 months free across every paid tier (about a 17% discount versus monthly). Cancel anytime, refund pro-rated to the day.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — up or down, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer a free trial of paid plans?
The Starter plan is the trial — it stays free forever, never expires, and includes the core live-chat experience. Upgrade only when you outgrow the agent or workspace limits.
